Thanks to the Relax & Restore massage therapists for making me look good :) I was charged with finding a mobile massage therapist to serve the attendees of our annual conference on site. I found Relax and Restore.....Regina was a great partner in nailing down details and such and didn't need anything from me once she arrived with 2 other therapists. I was busy putting out fires and wasn't able to greet them when they arrived, but I showed up later to find them setting up and getting right to the task at hand. I heard great things about the massages although next time I will opt for longer than 7 minutes per person :)

I love going to Regina for my massages! If I have an area that is sore or tight Regina knows just what to do. She can find areas that I didn't even know were a problem. I have arthritis and Regina works wonders on relieving my pain and the swelling in my joints!

Regina had the perfect touch and sense of my specific sore spots. She took great care to ease out the pain and afterwards, took extra time to show me exercises that would continue to help in my recovery. It was obvious she was well educated and trained, and her people skills were excellent. I highly recommend Regina and her staff (I saw a different staff on a previous occasion with equally positive results) for a great massage.

Regina, is the absolute best. I knew from the phone call she was the person for me. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and informative of her profession. She informed my husband how to properly massage me in between my visits. The service I received was a lymphatic massage.

I’ve been a monthly client of Regina’s with Relax and Restore Therapeutic Massage for over two years. Her knowledge of therapeutic massage is unmatched. While I normally see her for general massage therapy for every day aches and pains, as a licensed massage therapist, she has correctly ascertained a couple of my soft tissue injuries faster and with more accuracy than the initial physician and physical therapist I was seeing for the issues. Her ensuing treatments then were far more beneficial than the medications and therapy I at first received from my medical professional. Regina is personable and puts you at ease from the start. Regina is truly a treasure and I feel that the advice and therapies that she provides are a great value for the price paid.

My husband and I absolutely love our monthly massages. The environment is relaxing and we always walk away relaxed, very relaxed and ready to go to sleep. Yep it's how relaxing it is. She focuses on the areas you discuss and other areas you didn't know needed attention. It's a monthly investment in our health and worth it.
